Managing a single rental property is challenging enough. Managing five, ten, or fifty properties can become overwhelming without the right tools. Spreadsheets, sticky notes, and separate bank accounts quickly become unmanageable as your portfolio grows. kodiipay's unified multi-property dashboard solves this by giving landlords complete visibility and control over their entire portfolio from a single screen.
The Portfolio Overview
When you log into kodiipay's multi-property dashboard, the first thing you see is a portfolio summary card showing total units, occupancy rate, expected rent for the month, amount collected so far, and outstanding balances. This bird's-eye view updates in real time, so you always know the financial health of your entire portfolio at a glance.
Below the summary, properties are listed with key metrics for each: occupancy status, collection rate (percentage of rent collected this month), pending maintenance requests, and tenant count. Color-coded indicators — green for healthy, yellow for attention needed, red for critical — make it easy to spot problems instantly.
Property-Level Drill-Down
Clicking any property opens a detailed view with tenant roster, payment history, maintenance log, and financial reports. The tenant roster shows each tenant's name, unit, rent amount, payment status, and lease end date. Payment history is displayed as a calendar heat map, making it easy to spot recurring late payers.
The maintenance log aggregates all requests across the property, showing open, in-progress, and resolved tickets. Landlords can assign contractors, approve quotes, and track costs without leaving the dashboard.
Financial Reporting
The dashboard generates comprehensive financial reports at both the property and portfolio level. Reports include: rent collection summaries, income statements, expense breakdowns by category, occupancy trends, and year-over-year comparisons. All reports can be exported as PDF or CSV for sharing with investors, accountants, or co-owners.
The multi-property dashboard is designed for growth. As your portfolio expands, kodiipay scales with you, handling unlimited units, tenants, and transactions without performance degradation.
